My State Farm agency is built on the belief that putting customer needs first means so much more than just selling policies. I grew up seeing how my father, an Agent himself, was there for his customers, whenever they needed his help. I strongly believe that caring for people is the purpose of a career in the insurance industry.

I am actually a fourth-generation professional in this industry and started out helping in my father's independent agency before moving to State Farm's claim department in January of 1989, over 35 years ago! My experience in claim handling gave me a great background to understand the insurance needs of our customers and prepared me for my role change to State Farm Agent in 2000. I truly understand how important it is to really be there for people when they need me.

Learning about my customers' needs up front, so I can help them make informed and appropriate choices, is my goal. Being there for them when things don't go according to "Plan A" is my passion.
